For Jean Coutu’s SynMed robotic pill dispenser, which supplies 28 pharmacies every day, robotization was the watchword. Along with the Jean Coutu banner and an ergonomist and by analyzing the workflow, we designed, manufactured and installed customized ergonomic work spaces to maximize team efficiency by taking into account new technologies and new work methods.
