Employees at Vic are on a regular schedule. The day shift staff finish their week at noon on Friday and the evening shift staff work Monday to Thursday. The plant suspends operations for everyone during the holidays and construction holidays.
At Vic, we have what is called the Vic School for all the training courses that are given in-house, including forklift and overhead crane training. We have a team member dedicated solely to training.
